Acceptance
By using Oracle, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use Oracle.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Oracle. By using Oracle, you represent that you meet this requirement.
Seller Obligations
Sellers must list only items they own or have the legal right to sell. Listings must be accurate. Sellers must deliver as described within 3 business days of payment confirmation.
Buyer Obligations
Buyers must pay the listed price and use purchased items according to any licensing terms provided by the seller. Buyers must not charge-back legitimate transactions.
Prohibited Items
The following are not allowed: stolen or plagiarized work, malware, illegal content, items that infringe third-party intellectual property rights.
Fees
Oracle charges sellers a platform fee per successful sale. Buyers pay the listed price plus any applicable payment processing fees. Fee schedules are shown in the seller dashboard.
Escrow
Payments are held in escrow until delivery is confirmed by the buyer or a dispute is resolved. Oracle reserves the right to release or refund escrow at its discretion in dispute cases.
Disputes
Disputes must be filed within 14 days of delivery confirmation. Oracle's decision in disputes is final.
Termination
Oracle may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, at its sole discretion, with or without notice.
Limitation of Liability
Oracle is provided "as is". We are not liable for lost profits, data loss, or indirect damages arising from use of the platform.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Myanmar. Disputes shall be settled in Yangon, Myanmar.
