Buying
How do I buy a listing?
Browse listings, click on one you like, and proceed to checkout. Payment is held in escrow until you confirm delivery.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept Stripe (credit/debit cards), KPay, WavePay, and CBPay. More methods are coming soon.
What if the seller doesn't deliver?
If the seller fails to deliver, you can open a dispute. Our team will review and issue a refund if the seller is at fault.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are available if the product is materially different from what was described, or if the seller fails to deliver. Contact support to open a dispute.
How does escrow work?
Your payment is held securely by Oracle. It's only released to the seller after you confirm you've received everything as described.
Selling
How do I become a seller?
Create an account, complete your seller profile, and submit your first listing. No approval is required to sign up as a seller.
How long does listing approval take?
Usually under 24 hours. You'll receive an email notification when your listing is approved or if changes are needed.
What fees does Oracle charge?
Oracle charges a small platform fee per successful sale. The exact percentage is shown in your seller dashboard.
When do I get paid?
Funds are released to your account after the buyer confirms delivery. Payouts are processed within 1–3 business days.
Can I sell multiple listings?
Yes, you can have as many active listings as you want. Each must comply with our seller guidelines.
Safety & Trust
How does Oracle verify sellers?
Sellers can apply for Verified status by submitting ID and proof of work. Verified sellers get a badge on their profile.
What if I receive a fraudulent listing?
Report it immediately using the report button on the listing page. Our team will review within 24 hours.
Is my personal information safe?
We use industry-standard encryption and never share your personal data with third parties without consent.
Payments & Currency
Can I pay in Myanmar Kyat (MMK)?
Yes. Sellers can price in MMK, USD, or both. You can pay using KPay, WavePay, or CBPay for MMK transactions.
What exchange rate is used?
The exchange rate shown at checkout is indicative. Final amounts depend on your payment provider.
Is there a minimum or maximum purchase amount?
There's no maximum. Listings under $1 USD / K 2,000 MMK may be subject to review.
